This book includes information for those people who are interred at the St. James Anglican Cemetery, Hull, Quebec prior to 1977. It includes transcriptions of all of the information that was recorded on the 978 gravestones that were in the cemetery in 1976.
Of interest is that buried in this graveyard, are a numrber of individuals of note, not the least of whom are Phi1emon Wright and many members of his family. We also note the nanes of Robert Bell, M. P., journalists Charles Roger and Austin Fletcher Cross, the noted By town pioneers Nicholas Sparks and Reuben Traveller, C.P.R. promoter Alfred Waddington, mill owner Levi Young, Rev. John Brock, Clegg Johnston, rector of Hull and chaplain to the Senate of Canada, boxer Jimmy "Nobody" Mallish, and many others.
