The St. Jacques Roman Catholic Cemetery is located on Concession 8, Lot 8 in Russell Township, Russell County, Ontario. It is 0.5 miles east of the centre of Embrun Village on County Road No.3, which runs east and west dividing the cemetery into the North portion and the South portion. The north and south sections of the cemetery are recorded in this book separately, with two separate indexes that are located at the end of each section.

The cemetery was recorded in October of 1981 by Evalyn and Ken Collins. No burials since that date are included in this book.
