This cemetery lies south of Regional Road 34, about 3/4 mile east of the Village of Cumberland, and comprised 7.6 acres in the northeasterly part of Lot 11, Concession I of the Township of
Cumberland.
The recording of this cemetery totalling 358 inscriptions, was completed and verified in July 1980 and it gives an excellent overview into the families of the people who were the fibre of Cumberland history. Adams, Beaton, Cameron, Deavy, Dunning, Edwards, Erskine, Foubert, Ferguson, Kincella, Hunter, Lough, Minogue, Moffat, Petrie, Rivington, Scharf, Watchorn and Wilson, to name but a few. Eight monuments are to the memory of men who served the Crown; one in the War of 1812-14, four in World War I, two in World War II, and one in both WWI and WWII.
