Goulboum Township is divided into five enumeration districts. The village of Richmond is its own enumeration district. In Goulbourn Twp there are 12 concessions which run east/west. Concession 1 is in the south and Con 12, north which contains 80 Acres per half lot. The other 11 concessions all contain 100 acres per half lot. Lot 1 of each concession starts at boundary of Carleton/Lanark Counties and run east to Nepean Twp. Richmond Village contains 19 one acre lots and are numbered from north (1), Perth Street, to south (19), Ottawa Street. The information is organized as originally recorded by enumeration district. This publication is a partial transcription of the census, providing the most commonly required information for family historians.
