Updated 07 November, 2007 Bill Bienia Biography & Links to Published Work Bill has a keen interest in the software used to capture the stockpile of paper and digital information amassed from sometimes obsessive genealogical research. He has been using RootsMagic since its introduction around 2002, and used its predecessor, Family Origins, for almost 8 years before that. He also uses The Master Genealogist, Family Tree Maker, Legacy and Genbox as circumstances dictate. As an instructor with the National Institute for Genealogical Studies, Bill prepares course material for the variety of genealogical software program courses offered. Bill is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and President of the Ontario Chapter. He is also a member of several branches of the Ontario Genealogical Society, and Indexing Coordinator for the Halton-Peel Branch. Contact Information:
