- Dawson City Museum and Historical Society The beautiful 1901 neo-classical Old Territorial Administration Building--a newly designated National Historic Site of Canada-- harbours the Dawson City Museum, the largest historical collection in the Yukon Territory.
- Klondike Gold Rush Historical Park (Seattle) Exhibits, films, and specialized programs giving the Seattle viewpoint of the Klondike Rush, and works in conjunction with the Skagway Klondike Gold Rush Historical Park.
- Klondike Gold Rush Historical Park (Skagway) Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park preserves some of the original historic structures in the town of Skagway, Alaska. Also documentary and artifact evidence of the Gold Rush period.
- University of Alaska Rasmussen Library Reference and research assistance is available by visit or correspondence. Photocopies and photo reproductions are available. Holdings include all types of archival material dating from the fur trade, including First Nations content. Genealogical sources, maps, films and photographs.
- Family History Centers in Yukon Territory Family History Centers are branch facilities of the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. Centers provide access to most of the microfilms and microfiche in the Family History Library to help patrons identify their ancestors. Everyone is welcome to come to the centers and use Family History Center resources.

Census and Census Substitutes
- 1940 National Registration resulted from the compulsory registration of all adults (16 and older) in Canada from 1940 to 1946. This information was originally obtained to permit the mobilization of all the human and material resources of the nation for World War Two.
- 1918 National Registration (no link - no data). A national registration was undertaken during the First World War in June 1918; however, those records have not survived.

Home Children
- Fegans Home James Fegan began his work amongst destitute boys in 1870, his first home being in Deptford in South East London. In 1882 the work was transferred to Southwark. The orphanage in Stony Stratford opened in 1900 and a training farm in Goudhurst, Kent, operated from about 1910. James Fegan's initial work was very much one of rescue - seeking out those who had nowhere to live and no one to care for them. Many of the boys were relocated to Canada.
- Quarriers Homes Quarriers was founded by William Quarrier over 130 years ago to re-home orphaned and destitute children in Scotland. Between 1871 and 1938, Quarriers, known at that time as The Orphan Homes of Scotland, sent over 7,000 children to new lives in Canada.

First Nations - Aboriginal
- Listening To Our Ancestors: The Art of Native Life Along the North
Pacific Coast. Over the past several years, members from eleven native communities along
the North Pacific Coast of North America came to visit the National Museum
of the American Indian to work with
museum staff members to select ceremonial and everyday objects to feature in
an exhibit that would explore the relationships between these items and
their cultures.
