The recent atlas reprints by 5th line Press include content from the original atlases, PLUS new content. 5th Line has gone back into the community and solicited new subscribers to add to the 2008 edition. That means that drawings and historical sketches of heritage homes and families that did not appear in the original 1877 version are included in this printing.

  • it's townships and towns
  • biographical sketches of early settlers and residents
  • directories of property owners or occupants of farms
  • business directories of towns and villages
  • many dates of settlement and often times the country of origin of settlers
  • detailed maps - this printing of the atlas is in black and white)
  • Names of many of the land owners and occupants at time of publication are listed on the township maps and in the text.
Town and village plans help you understand where your ancestor lived and an outline of their neighborhoods as it was during their lifetimes. Many views of early industries, businesses, farm houses residents and stores.
