Page & Co. in 1878. The map was originally folded and placed within a sleeve on the inside cover of some copies of the 1878 first edition print. This reproduction map is not folded. We ship them in a large mailing tube. The printer shot the original map with a large format commercial fixed camera and used the traditional web-offset printing method to achieve the best possible quality. The original map had stains and tears that do not appear on this reproduction.
