Frontenac County, Ontario Genealogy & History More Canadian Resources | More Ontario Resources More Frontenac County Resources BOOK - 1851 Census, Loughborough and Storrington Townships, Frontenac County. By Russ Waller, U.E. The Personal and Agricultural census for both Loughborough and Storrington appear to be complete. The surveyors layout of Loughborough is straightforward, with Division 1 consisting of Concessions I to IV. The 1851 dividing line between Divisions II and III however, is inconsistent in the Agricultural Census. Because Storrington was created after the first township surveys, it was taken from parts of Kingston, Loughborough and Pittsburgh Townships. The southernmost concession number in Division 1 is seven, the northern concession of Kingston Township, with the concession numbers in division 2 match those in Pittsburg Township. These transcriptions contain 160 maiden names and a considerable number of Christian names of deceased spouses. Contains references to Birth, Marriages or Deaths, Religion, (where noted) Birthplace (where noted) Townships, and Sources. 8 1/2 x 11, cerlox bound, 120 pgs.
