    Electronic format media:
    Global Heritage Press (GHP) electronic format books are published on CD ROM.

    Format:
    Global Heritage Press (GHP) books on CD are fully searchable Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf). ( * Exception: Tanguay Collection CD is organized alphabetically by surname). You can search the entire book for any word or phrase. Adobe Acrobat Reader software is pre-installed on most computers world-wide. If there is no Acrobat PDF Reader software on your computer, you can download and install the latest edition of Adobe Acrobat Reader online (free). Adobe Acrobat versions include Windows, Mac, Linux, Solaris and more.

    Quality:
    GHP books on CD provide high quality images of every page of the original book. Our original works are converted to .pdf from their original publishing files. The pages of historical reprints are individually scanned and checked for quality. Many of the books that we provide on CD are over 100 years old. That means that sometimes the print is not up to modern-day standards. That said, we electronically clean the images so that most blemishes and foxing is not visible.

    Source Citations:
    A detailed source citation has been added as a footer at the bottom of each page. Researchers can print, or save an electronic copy of a page or pages without having to take the extra step of recording where the page came from. ( * Exception: Tanguay Collection does not have the referenced source citations printed as a footer on each page).

    Copyright:
    The same copyright provisions apply to our electronic books as are specified for our printed versions.

    System Requirements:
    GHP CDs are designed to be used on both PC and Mac computers that have a working CD player and Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed.
