This page contains links to a number of PDF documents that are extracts for Instructions to Officers and Enumerators of Census in Canada from 1871 to 1941. They were transcribed by hand when researching my submission to the Expert Panel on Access to Historical Census Records in early 2000. They are subject to occasional errors in spelling or formatting but are otherwise accurate as to content.
